Who we are

CEO Summer Camp is a voluntary, peer-driven AI learning program for executives. The program is organized by the CEO Summer Camp team.

What information we collect

When you sign in to The Lodge or RSVP to a session, we collect:

• Account info from your sign-in provider (Google or Apple): name, email address, profile picture URL.
• Profile info you provide: your bunk (group).
• Content you create: posts, comments, reactions, and projects you contribute to The Lodge.
• RSVP info: your name, email, chapter, and session preferences when you RSVP, sign up your chapter, or volunteer to host.

How we use it

• To run the program: managing RSVPs, coordinating sessions, sending session details and reminders.
• To enable The Lodge: showing your name and chapter alongside your posts and comments so other members can collaborate with you.
• To improve the program: understanding which sessions are popular and which topics members care about.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with vendors or sponsors.

Where it's stored

Account info, profile data, and Lodge content are stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database service). RSVP form data is stored via Netlify Forms. Both providers are based in the United States. Authentication is handled by Google or Apple depending on your sign-in choice.

Visibility of your content

When you post in The Lodge, you choose the visibility:

• Public: visible to all signed-in campers across the region.
• Bunk Only: visible only to members of your chapter.
• Private: visible only to you and Camp Directors.

Your name and chapter are always shown alongside your public and bunk-only posts.

Your rights

You can request to see, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact hello@ceosummercamp.com. Account deletion removes all your posts, comments, and reactions.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies required for sign-in and session management. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers.

Children

This program is for adults. It is not directed at children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in The Lodge.
